Refund Policy

We have a 21-day money-back policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.


We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 21 days, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing support@jetstreamshower.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  3. Since we paid for the shipping to the customer, it is the buyers responsibility to cover all costs associated with posting their product return back to our warehouse. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon receiving your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved – that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Can you provide me with a tracking number?


All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.


I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?


If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

We are not responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.


Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?


Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee to cover restocking and payment processing by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at Jet Stream Shower. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.


Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Jet Stream strive to offer the best price possible for their level of quality. The buyer should be confident that he or she is getting the best price for the best product, and be ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Will this fit my shower hose?

Yes! If you already have a standard hose with your current showerhead, the Jet Stream™ Pro will screw directly on! All popular shower manufacturers use the same sized piping (G1/2 Thread).

Will it work if I have really weak water pressure at home?

Yes! The Jet Stream™ Pro has been engineered to increase water pressure by up to 200%, even if you have really weak water pressure.

Is it difficult to install?

Not at all, simply unscrew your old shower head and screw on ours! If your old shower doesn't have a hose, you can buy one from us here.

What does the filter do?

The engineered Bio-Active™ filtration system uses a combination of 3 different mineral beads to improve the water quality benefiting your hair and skin:

• Release negative ions and filter harsh chemicals and residual impurities out of the water to maintain a safe PH level for your skin.

• Reduce the level of chlorine to help retain natural moisture in hair, leaving it feeling soft and smooth with reduced frizz!

How long does the filter last?

The Bio-Active™ filtration system can typically last 3-12 months, it all depends of the quality of your local water supply. Replacement mineral beads are affordable and can be purchased from this site.

Is it compatible with electric showers?

Yes! This shower head does not have the built in start/stop water flow button in the handle which is known for destoying electric showers.
